About the Journal

Aim and Scope

The International Journal of Religion, Business and Society (IJRBS) is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal dedicated to exploring the complex and multifaceted relationships among religion, commerce, ethics, culture, and social development. We offer a dynamic platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to examine how religious beliefs, institutions, and practices influence and are influenced by business activities, social change, public policy, and ethical frameworks across diverse global contexts.

We welcome original research articles, review papers, theoretical contributions, case studies, and policy analyses from a wide range of disciplines, including business studies, sociology, law, anthropology, economics, religious studies, political science, education, and environmental studies. Submissions should explore meaningful intersections with religious or societal dimensions, offering insights that bridge tradition and modernity, theory and practice.

Key thematic areas include (but are not limited to):

  • Religion and sustainable development
  • Business ethics and corporate social responsibility in faith contexts
  • Religious values in organizational behavior and leadership
  • Faith-based responses to economic inequality, poverty, and globalization
  • Religion, public policy, and civil society
  • Environmental ethics and eco-theology
  • Education, media, and interfaith relations
  • Cultural practices and religious entrepreneurship

Our goal is to foster thoughtful dialogue and cutting-edge research that deepen understanding and inspire meaningful impact across disciplines and communities worldwide.
